GoodPics is turnkey. We do it all for you!
It’s easy! Just book a date. We:
- Find the right photographers and assistants
- Create the registration pages for attendees, including your logos and sponsor logos, the nonprofit(s) selected
- Design pull-up banner(s) including logos and QR code for registration. Registration welcome eMail is created, including any “show offers,” recognition, or messaging
- Deploy at your event or business (often businesses combine in-house headshots for staff with evening events for prospects and clients
- Attendees get great headshots. Nametags or a mini-whiteboard make sure we can match the face to the registration
- Crop and color corrected headshots uploaded to our platform for distribution
- Heasdshots distributed to registrants with a custom email and the showcased nonprofits are merchansized for optional donation along with any matching donors (donor matching increases donation yield)
