Even if you don’t need new headshots, chances are your clients and prospects do.

Imagine your prospects and clients showing up at your office or a local event space to get professional headshots for FREE! Donations to Giving Forward and one or more nonprofits happen on a voluntary basis.

For most geographies, we can set up the mobile photo studio in your office lobby or conference room. Setup fee + fulfillment fee to Giving Forward is $1450 and overall cost is based on:

  • Photographer hours (partial day, full day, multi-day),
  • Equipment needs (sometimes custom backgrounds or lighting are requested)
  • Processing volume (crop and color correct)
  • Hair and Makeup (HMU)
  • Transportation and parking costs

Typical corporate venue deployments make donation optional, however, we can deploy with a minimum donation.

Professional retouching is available to those who prefer to take their photos to the next level.

* In most geographies not counting any space/location rental. For some locations, time commitment and for certain nonprofit causes our photographers are more negotiable, allowing us to lower the upfront fee. Sessions can run from 3 hours to over 10 hours for all-day/evening events, and multi-day conferences are common.
