Free Charity Headshots! In trade show environments, galas and conferences, recipients often donate during picture pick-up, when they are blown away by the quality. We highly recommend deployment with sponsor matching donations.
Typical deployments make donation optional, however, we can deploy with a minimum donation.
Optional… Signage (typically a $300 retractable banner with sponsor logo if custom or shipping of our standard banner to and from)

- Additional booth staff recommended at $400 per day
- Events with more than 1000 recommend a 2nd shooter at $950 per day
If you prefer to run a fundraiser as a nonprofit or a for-profit supporting a nonprofit we can also send out a photographer and only charge for folks who want their pics, contact us. info@givingforward.org

General event photo and video coverage is also GREAT for social media, and the photographers we’ve partnered with for GoodPics for Headshots can also cover your event. So, you don’t need to stop with headshots. Our team can cover the entire event.
With a second shooter, we can even process the cropping and color corrections in near-real time and activate on social media during the event, in collaboration with your marketing team.
