GoodPics from Giving Forward offers event attendees unforgettable memories with professional headshots while supporting charitable causes, enhancing your event’s appeal and social media presence.

GoodPics is turnkey. We do it all for you!

It’s easy! Just book a date. We:

Find the right photographers and assistants
Create the registration pages for attendees, including your logos and sponsor logos, the nonprofit(s) selected
Design pull-up banner(s) including logos and QR code for registration. Registration welcome eMail is created, including any “show offers,” recognition, or messaging
Deploy at your event or business (often businesses combine in-house headshots for staff with evening events for prospects and clients
Attendees get great headshots. Nametags or a mini-whiteboard make sure we can match the face to the registration
Crop and color corrected headshots uploaded to our platform for distribution
Heasdshots distributed to registrants with a custom email and the showcased nonprofits are merchansized for optional donation along with any matching donors (donor matching increases donation yield)
